We very strongly encourage you to embrace the CDs and use them as the principal way to introduce this incredible opportunity.
Why?
When you prospect, ask yourself whether you are “Using your Time” or "Leveraging your time".
Every one of us has a fixed amount of time in our day and it’s important that we make the most effective use of the little time we have. In building your Waiora business, there is no doubt that you want to leverage your time and the most effective way to do this is by using tools.
There are various sales tools that can be used to leverage your time, but it is proven that the most effective tool for building a network marketing business is the audio pass out. It worked in the 1980s and 90s to help build some of the largest network marketing companies today, and it is working very effectively now for some of the fastest growing companies in our industry.
For this training tip let’s focus just on the topics of Consistency and Pace.
Consistency is defined as the act of doing something again and again. Consistency leads to familiarity which leads to improved performance and results. The athletes at the Olympics are there because they have consistently trained and as a result have become world class. The same is true with building your Waiora business. If you want to build a business, and as a result achieve your dreams, you will need to prospect in a consistent manner. You will also need to establish a pace at which you feel comfortable. Perhaps when you are new and inexperienced, you will establish a pace of passing out one CD per day. When you are more experienced you will increase your pace to three per day. But it is critically important to your success that you are consistent in your efforts and that you establish an appropriate pace.
Remember, the pace you establish should directly correspond with you goals and commitment. If you have big goals you want to achieve in a short time, then your pace will need to be quick.
Additionally, note your team is watching you. The speed of the leader determines the pace of the pack. What will your team see when they look at you? It is your responsibility and necessary if you are to achieve your goals. Share this information with your team, so that they can set their pace and know the value of consistency.
