Prospecting Using Letters and Post Cards

back /

Letters are a very personal way to do target market prospecting. Letters are typically a very well done standard form letter addressed to a specific person that inquires if they may have an interest in the Waiora products or business opportunity. Examples of letters can be obtained from your upline or by clicking here.

Here are some target markets for a letter campaign:

  • Physicians who already sell alternative wellness products from their office
  • Chiropractors
  • Independent Insurance Agents
  • Real Estate Agents (Residential and Commercial)
  • Mortgage Brokers
  • Teachers
  • Personal Trainers
  • Tennis Instructors
  • And more.

Many of these individuals and their addresses can easily be found on the internet at the address(es):

  • As well as any other insurance or healthcare provider website YOU may be familiar with. Just search by your location or any places that you may visit.

You can also search for groups of people at:

  • Or any other Internet search portal that you use.

Letters are an inexpensive way of prospecting - you can send letters for less than 45 cents each - the only major cost is the stamp. The other materials necessary are the paper and an envelope.

Letters can be targeted to your local area or you may want to target another community or city you visit regularly. Mailing 100 or so letters into a city you are planning on visiting will allow you to meet with prospects while you are in that city and do one-on-one presentations. This may even make part of your trip tax deductible!

Post Cards

An alternative to letters are postcards. These impactful and attractive tools are another inexpensive way to reach someone via mail. Post cards that have an intriguing picture and/or message on the front have been shown to have the most impact. On the back, you can put a couple of statements about your business - but be sure to leave room to write a note and sign it.

For a few hundred dollars, you can get 5,000 post cards personalized for you and your team. Below is a link to a popular and inexpensive postcard vendor that can create a personalized post card for you.
